What is Naturopathy?
Naturopathy is a holistic approach to healthcare, with the basic principles of identifying and treating the cause, and to treat the person as a whole, using the healing power of nature. Various modalities are used, such as traditional and modern herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, and lifestyle modifications.
Do you offer Skype consultations?
Yes, we sure do!
If you live too far to come in for a consultation, or the timing does not suit, Skype consultations are available. Following the consultation, all information is emailed to you, and any herbal tonics or supplements can be posted to you as required. If you live within distance, it is preferred the first consultation is a face-to-face, then subsequent can be via Skype.

What do I need to do before my consultation?
Please complete the registration forms which are emailed to you after booking. Please also collate any blood tests or other pathology results and current medications / supplements, and bring with you (or a photo) to the consultation.
Where do I park?
Parking is 2 hr paid meter parking on surrounding streets (James St, West Ave & Park Ave). It is recommended you over-estimate the time required for your consultation for the parking meter.
What are my payment options?
Preferred payment options are credit or debit cards via Square, direct debit, or cash.
Can I claim through private health insurance?
Unfortunately, as of 1st April 2019, naturopathic consultations are no longer claimable through your private health insurance.
